摘要
体育运动训练是提高学生身体素质的重要因素 ,改进、丰富教学手段、方法 ,是上好体育课的关键。循环练习法应用到体育课中 ,容易调动学生的积极性 ,发挥学生主观能动性 ,增大运动量及运动密度 ,合理应用能取得良好的锻炼效果。
Sports training is important for improving the students physique. Therefore,the key to P.E. classes is to better and enrich the teaching methods. Spiral drills applied in P.E. classes can arouse the students enthusiasm and yield their subjective initiative as well as increase the amount and density of their sports exercises. By reasonable application of this method,good effects of exercises can be achieved.
