衔接是一种谋篇意义。衔接不仅是一个形式概念 ,而且是一个语义和语用概念。衔接机制不仅存在于语篇内部 。

Cohesion is a kind of sense to construct a text.It is not only a formal concept but also semantic and pragmatic concept.The cohesive devices not only exist in the inside of a text but also in the outside of a text.The paper firstly defines the concept and sense of cohesion,then makes the distinctions of two kinds of cohesive relations,finally studies mainly the cohesive devices outside the text.
