Supply Chain is a new form of modrn business.Through effective customer and marketing management,quick response to consumer demands and maxmaziely decrease the cost of inventories and transferring merchandises,the SCM could provide the most customer delivering values to the end consumers,and improve the entire competitiveness for the members of supply chain.Haier Group strategically adjusted its organizational structure and operation mechanism in accordance with the requirements of SCM.
