ON THE ENTERPRISE'S MANAGING OBJECTIVE

目前有不少企业的经营目标存在问题 ,严重影响了企业的发展、企业正确的目标应该是做强 ,只有做强了的企业才有强大的竞争力和旺盛的生命力。强势企业具有技术先进、管理科学、人员精干、资金充足的特征。为了达到做强的目标 ,企业需要从优秀领导的推动。

The problem of the managing objective,as perplexed most of the enterprises nowadays,severely affects their growth.The right objective,as this paper argues,is to make the enterprise more powerful,which is essential in the development of strong competitive ability and prosperous vitality. powerful enterprises are characterized by advanced technology,scientific management,simplified but efficient personnel and staff and sufficient capital.For the accomplishment of such an objective,an excellent leadership has to be had,the construction of systems to be strengthened and a good environment to be created in terms of the enterprise concerned.
