中国与俄罗斯的经济改革有着不同的起始点 :中国始于经济领域 ,而俄罗斯则从政治改革着手 ,这是基于中俄当时解决问题的“紧迫性秩序”而作出的“相机抉择”。剖析了中俄改革的渐进、激进方式的差异、改革成本的大小、改革效果的迥异及其背景原因。

The economic reforms in China and Russia had different starting points: China started from the economic field while Russia from the political system, which were the 'contingent choices' in the light of the 'order of urgency' of the problems to be solved in China and Russia respectively at the time. The article also analyzed the difference of gradual way and radical way in the reforms in China and Russia, the costs and the great difference in the result of the reforms as well as the reasons behind them.
