Research on the Feasibility & Necessity of Developing Tourism Real Estate in Hainan

从旅游房地产的内涵特征入手 ,分析了海南发展旅游房地产的内部和外部条件 ,指出发展旅游房地产既是转变旅游业发展模式的重要举措 ,也是重振海南房地产业的有力手段 。

As a top tourist destination of China, and a problem area in real estate development, Hainan gains the superiorities of developing tourism real estate. This research firstly studied the characteristics of tourism real estate, and then analyzed the all kinds of conditions of developing tourism real estate in Hainan. The research found that developing tourism real estate could be an important way to change the model of tourism development of Hainan, and could be the main means to re flourish the real estate industry of Hainan too. So the conclusion is : developing estate tourism is not only feasible but also necessary to Hainan.
