摘要
土地使用权流转在农村土地改革过程中扮演了重要角色。土地流转是资源的有效流动 ,它实现了土地的优化配置 ,促进了农村经济的增长。实践证明农村土地制度改革的过程是土地使用权强度提高的过程 ,这一过程应进一步持续下去。
The transfer of rural land use Rights has played an important role in the course of rural land reform, it is important to analysis on efficiency. Several important land transfer ways are analyzed on efficiency in this article. The result shows that the course of rural land reform is that the force of land use Rights increases ,and this course must continue.
