Our staff reporter conducted an exclusive interview with Mr. Joseph Caron,Canadian Ambassador to China. Mr. Ambassador said: Canada loans are focused on two aspects: One is favorable government loans, the other is commercial loans. The Chinese market is huge, many areas and fields are still very poor, with no ability to accept commercial loans. So we offer loans on favorable terms, in support to the development of these backward areas and industries. In this way we can not only expand Canadian companies' business in China, but also support the development of China.
