摘要 用普通扩散试验测量了不同聚合物涂层砂浆试样的氯离子扩散系数 ,并将其与加速扩散试验结果进行了比较 .结果表明 ,为了通过稳态方法获得试样的氯离子扩散系数 ,普通扩散试验需要 1a左右的时间 ,而加速试验方法只需 1 4d左右 .2种测量方法所得到的聚合物涂层的氯离子扩散系数处于同一个数量级 ,说明加速方法是一种评价聚合物涂层氯离子扩散性的好方法 . The chloride diffusion coefficients of mortar specimen coated with different kinds of polymers were determined with normal steady state diffusion test and compared with the results obtained from the accelerated steady state diffusion test. It is found that the time needed to get the results from steady state method is about 1 year for normal diffusion test and about 2 weeks for the accelerated diffusion test. It shows that the chloride diffusion coefficients of the coatings has the similar order in normal diffusion test and accelerated test. This indicates that the accelerated test is a good method for the evaluation of the chloride diffusivity of polymer coatings.
