摘要
通过多种丙烯酸酯与苯乙烯等乙烯基单体的原位聚合反应 ,制备了大分子链中含有羧基的水性自乳化聚酯 乙烯基共聚物的复合树脂 ,然后加入氨基树脂及用不同量三乙胺中和 ,配制成中和度不同的聚酯 乙烯基共聚物复合水分散液 .对复合水分散液的流变性能进行研究 ,结果表明 ,随着中和度的降低 ,复合水分散液粒径增大 ,粘度减小 ,并从假塑性流体向牛顿流体转变 ;此外 ,随着温度升高 ,复合水分散液也从假塑性流体向牛顿流体转变 .
A series of polyester-vinyl copolymer hybrid aqueous dispersions were prepared by in-situ polymerization of some vinyl monomers in the presence of hydrophilic polyester and by neutralizing with different amount of triethylamine (TEA). The rheologic properties for these hybrid aqueous dispersions were examined and studied. The experimental results show that the particle size decreases with increasing the neutralization degree, but viscosity increases. The approximate Newton fluid behaviors are observed for the hybrid aqueous dispersion at low neutralization degrees as well as at high temperatures.
