谈仲景的辨病与辨证

On Zhang Zhong-jing's Disease Identification and Syndrome Differentiation

为探讨辨病与辨证的学术问题 ,对仲景的辨证论治体系进行分析。认为张仲景对某些病证有很深的认识 ,并揭示了它们的证治规律 ;《伤寒杂病论》中有些疾病以单个症状命名 ,存在局限性 ;张仲景将辨病与辨证相结合 ,但更多的注重辨证论治。指出 ,当前不应回避辨病 (西医病名 )和辨证 (中医证名 )相结合这一中西医互补而有利于提高疗效的方式。

In order to investigate the academic issue of disease identification and syndrome differentiation and analyze the system of the treatment upon syndrome differentiation of Zhang Zhong jing,the authors believe that Zhang Zhong jing had a profound understanding on some diseases and displayed their rules in the treatments upon syndrome differentiation.The limitation existed in some diseases named by single symptom.Zhang Zhong jing integrated disease identification and syndrome differentiation but emphasized the treatment upon syndrome differentiation greatly.This article points out that at present,it is necessary not to avoid this modality by integration of disease identification(disease term in western medicine)and syndrome differentiation(syndrome pattern in Chinese medicine),a method with mutual supplement of Chinese medicine and western medicine for the enhancement of the therapeutic effects.
