癌症患者气功康复疗效评判中的心理误差因素分析

Analysis of Psychological Error Factors in Assessment of Therapeutic Effect of Qigong Rehabilitation in Cancer Patients

为探讨癌症患者气功康复疗效评判中的心理因素。以 10 4例参加气功康复治疗的癌症患者为实验组 ,以 10 7例不参加气功康复治疗的患者为对照组 ,进行艾森克人格问卷 (EPQ)、ZUNG自我评定焦虑量表 (SAS)、ZUNG自我评定抑郁量表 (SDS)等问卷调查。结果 :在气功康复开始之前 ,实验组中性格外向型者明显多于对照组 ;实验组患者焦虑抑郁程度明显轻于对照组。结论 :癌症患者气功康复的疗效中可能有心理因素的作用。

In order to explore the psychological factors in the assessment of the therapeutic effects of qigong rehabilitation in cancer patients,questionnaire on Elson personality questions(EPQ),ZUNGs self assessment scale(SAS)and ZUNGs self depression scale(SDS) was performed in the experimental group with 104 cases of cancer patients participating qigong rehabilitation and in the control group with 107 cases of cancer patients without participating qigong rehabilitation.The results showed that before qigong rehabilitation,the patients with outward personality were obviously higher in number than those in the control group,and anxiety and depression were obviously mild in the patients in the experimental group than those in the control group.The conclusion showed that the therapeutic effects of qigong rehabilitation in the cancer patients might be related to the psychological factors.
