袁氏养心灵口服液对家兔阿霉素心脏损伤的保护作用

Protective Function of "Yuan's Heart-Nourishing Oral Liquid" on Adriamycin Cardiac Injury in Rabbits

为观察袁氏养心灵口服液 (由人参、黄芪、丹参、地龙、白茅根等组成 )对阿霉素心脏损伤的保护作用 ,5 0只家兔分为 5组 :正常组 (A)、袁氏养心灵高剂量组 (B)、袁氏养心灵低剂量组 (C)、对照组 (D)、模型组 (E) ,除A组外 ,其余各组用静脉注射阿霉素的方法 ,制备家兔心脏损伤模型 ,观察心脏射血前期、左室射血时间、每搏血量、心输出量、射血分数等心功能指标 ,应用电子显微镜观察心肌线粒体的形态学改变。结果显示 ,袁氏养心灵口服液能够改善阿霉素所致的心功能不全。

In order to observe the protective function of 'Yuans Heart Nourishing Oral Liquid'(composed of Radix Ginseng,Radix Astragali,Radix Salviae Miltiorrhizae,Lumbricus,Rhizoma Imperatae,etc.)on adriamycin cardiac injury,50 rabbits were divided into five groups:normal group(A),high dose group(B),low dose group(C),control group(D)and model group(E).Except Group A,the rest groups were modeled with cardiac injury by intravenous injection of adriamycin to observe the indexes of the cardiac functions of cardiac ejection prophase,ejection time of the left ventricle,blood pumping volume,cardiac output volume and blood ejection fraction and to observe the morphological change of the myocardial mitochondria by electric microscope.The results showed that 'Yuans Heart Nourishing Oral Liquid'could improve the incomplete cardiac function caused by adriamycin and its function might be originated from its repair and protection of injury in the myocardial mitochondria.
