严重胸腹部闭合性联合伤致呼吸心跳停止成功救治1例

Successful management of sudden respiratory and heart arrest resulting from severe closed thoracoabdominal trauma: report of one case

报告1例严重胸腹部闭合性联合伤所致的急性呼吸心跳骤停得到成功救治的病例。闭合性胸腹联合伤后,因病情可能发展,应随时注意复查胸片、血气等;若基层医院条件不够,应及时转往上级医院,以免延误患者的治疗。

The author reported the successful treatment of a patient with sudden respiratory and heart arrest due to severe closed thoracoabdominal trauma. This experience indicates timely and necessarily frequent thoracic X-ray and blood gas analysis are of paramount importance after closed thoracoabdominal trauma, for which often gives rise to secondary injuries. When the local hospital can not offer essential treatment, severe cases need to be immediately transferred to higher hospital.
