水稻种子上的细菌性条斑病菌(Xanthomonas Campestris pv.oryzicola)检测

应用免疫放射分析法(IRMA)对采自浙江省内11个病区县(市)的233份稻种进行测定。结果表明,IRMA法检测的阳性率与来自病田的样本百分率呈显著正相关r=0.9651。阴性符合率达100%。稻种的相对带菌量与剑叶的发病程度关系密切。未成熟的稻种的相对带菌量普遍高于成熟稻种。

Two hundred and thirty-three samples of rice seeds from 11 counties of Zhejiang province were tested for X. c. pv. oryzicola with immunoradiometric assay (IRMA). The results showed that the percentage of positive reaction of samples with IRMA were significantly correlated with that of samples from the disease infected fields, the correlation coefficient (r) is 0.9651 and the samples of 19 disease free checks were all negative reaction. The relative amount of the bacteria on rice seeds were closely related with the degree of disease scale on the flag leaves. More relative amount of the bacteria on immature rice seeds than on mature ones were detected.
