玉米制种花期预测方法的研究

不同的玉米自交系增叶速度不相等,在花期相遇的情况下,制种双亲在生长期间,已出叶龄之差并不固定,叶龄指数也并不对应相等,只有同日展开叶龄的对应关系比较固定,不因年份、播期地的影响而改变。因此,在新组合育成或引进后,先对双亲进行叶龄观察,摸清花期相遇时双亲展开叶龄的对应关系,建立叶龄对应模式,制种时就可按此模式进行花期预测。此法简便、及时、准确。

Different maize inbred strains have different speed of increasing their leaves. When their pollen stages are at the same time, the difference of leafing between maize breeding parents is unregular daily. Also their leaf—age indexes are different respectively. Only the Corresponding relation between parent growing leaves in the same day is comparatively fixed, futhermore it keep the same under different years and different date of sowing. Therefor, after a new maize combination is developed and introduced, first step is to observe the leafing of its parent, when their flowering period is the same time, the corresponding relation between the growing leaves of its parent should be found out clearly, and then to establish a corresponding leaf—age model, this model can be used to predict flowering period of maize in the seed breeding
