介绍了螺旋滚筒选煤机的基本结构和滚圈的作用 ,分析了滚圈的受力 ,建立了力学模型 ,利用求解静不定问题的方法算出特殊截面的内力 ,进而算出滚圈的最大弯矩和截面尺 。

In this paper, the basic structure of screw trommel coal dresser and the function of its roll ring are introduced. The forces acting on the roll ring are analyzed and a mechanical model is built up. The maximum bending moment and section dimensions of the roll ring are computed by calculating the internal forces on the special sections with the method of solving statically indeterminate problem. A theoretic method for the roll ring design is provided.
