摘要
对单级浸取、多级错流浸取和连续逆流浸取进行了试验比较 ,并结合废次烟叶浸取的特点 ,设计出一种连续逆流浸取器 ,并研究了该装置的操作参数对浸取率的影响。试验表明 :连续逆流浸取效果最优 ,该方法流程简单 ,技术可行 。
Compared the result of experiment with single leaching, multi leaching of cross current and continuous counter current leaching, in the light of characteristic of waste and inferior tobacco leaves, a special leacher of continuous counter current is devised, and the efficiency of leaching by the operating condition tested too.With continuous counter current leaching the result of the experiment is optimal to get effective ratio of product.The technology is reliable to be realized by simple process.It can propose dependence of theory to devise industrial equipment.
