摘要
通过回顾 2 0年来电网规划与建设取得的成就及存在的问题 ,论证了电网规划对稳定运行的基础作用 ,提出了下阶段电网规划工作的对策与建议。
The paper briefly introduced the Hubei power stability disruption fault occurred in July 8th, 1982 and it's reason. By summarizing the last 20 years of contribution and problems of power grid planning and construction, it demonstrated the fundamental function of power planning toward the operation stability, and finally gave the countermeasures and suggestions for the nest period work of power planning.
