摘要 用化学合成法在室温下制备掺铽硫化锌纳米晶的方法制成的三种纳米晶直径分别为3.6nm、3.8nm和4.1nm,紫外吸收带边分别在282nm、288nm和295nm,相对于硫化锌体材料吸收带边的340nm有明显的蓝移.用332nm光激发的发射光谱峰值分别为548nm、547nm和546nm,表明铽已掺入ZnS纳米晶之中. We report a chemical process for preparing ZnS nanocrystal doped with terbium activator element. The three particles of Tb doped ZnS are estimated to be about 3.6 nm 3.8 nm and 4.1 nm in size respectively. The ultraviolet absorptions are at 282 nm 288 nm and 295 nm separately, which are blue shifts from that expected for bandgap of bulk ZnS, 340 nm. The light emisson peaks of the ZnS∶Tb nanocrystals with excitation energy 332 nm are at 548 nm,547 nm and 546 nm. These are evidence that the activator Tb +3 has been incorporated into the ZnS particles.
