由于天津电话网近年来的高速发展和近、中期规划的要求，加速ＳＤＨ传输网的建设已势在必行。因此本文重点对天津电话网上应用ＳＤＨ的技术标准、原则、网路组织与ＤＸＣ的配置等做一初步的分析。

With the top speeding development of Tianjin telephone network in recent years and owing to the requierment of the short and middle term planning, it is imperative to speed the construction pace of SDH transmission network. The preliminary analysis hereinbelow will centre on the technical standard,the network organization and the DXC deployment.
