根据水火电厂的不同运行特性 ,分析了湖北电网备用容量中水火电机组的几种不同组合方式和调峰模式的利弊 ,提出湖北电网备用容量优化配置 ,在保证湖北电网安全的基础上提高湖北电网经济性和电能质量并提出了保证“三公”

In order to meet the requirement of safety, quality, economy in actual operation dispatching of power plant reserve capacity in the Hubei Power Grid, the paper analyzed the pros and cons of several different hydro-power and steam power combination modes and peak load regulation modes, based upon the different operation character, and gave out the optimal allocation of the Hubei Power Grid reserve capacity. On the basis of ensuring the Hubei Power safety, it raised the Hubei Power economical character and energy quality, and gave out the suggestions and methods to ensure the principal of equality, justness and openness.
