摘要
以成分为Fe65Co18Ni7Si1B9的铁基快淬非晶带为原料,采用高能球磨改性处理工艺,制备了薄片状纳米晶材料,进行了XRD、DSC和SEM的观测与分析,并在2~18GHz频带内测试了试样的电磁参数,在2GHz附近标样的复磁导率可达μ'=3.95,μ″=3.27,表明该材料有可能作为优质微波吸收材料。
The starting materials were amorphous melt spun Fe 65 Co 18 Ni 7 Si 1 B 9 ribbons.Nanoflakes were prepared by high energy ball milling.XRD,DSC and SEM analysis was done an d electromagnetic properties in the microwave band(2~18GHz )were also measured .Results show that complex per -meability of the samples has been imp roved greatly,whereμ' is 3.95,μ″is 3.27at 2GHz.It means that the novel materials used in the d esign of wide -band absorbers.
