TDI-CCD图像传感器中电荷包总转移效率分析

摘要 TDI -CCD传感器水平和垂直移位寄存器中电荷包转移过程是TDI -CCD传感器所实现的光电转换过程中的一个重要过程。针对TDI -CCD图像传感器中电荷包的转移损失问题 ,首先给出了TDI -CCD传感器中电荷包转移过程的功能框图。然后 ,通过对水平和垂直移位寄存器中电荷包转移过程的严格、详细分析 ,建立了水平和垂直移位寄存器中电荷包转移效率的数学模型。最后 ,建立了TDI-CCD图像传感器的电荷包总转移效率的数学模型 ,给出了电荷包总转移效率的表达式。 The transfer process of the charge packet through the horizontal and vertical shift registers in a TDI-CCD sensor is an important process in the whole photoelectric conversion process that happens in the TDI-CCD sensor.In this paper focusing on the transfer loss of the charge packet in a TDI-CCD image sensor,the functional diagram of the transfer process of the charge packet in a TDI-CCD sensor is shown at first.Then,a kind of mathematic model of the transfer efficiencies of the charge packet moving through the horizontal and vertical shift registers in a TDI-CCD sensor is established by the strict and detail analysis of the transfer process of the charge packet in the TDI-CCD image sensor.At last,a mathematical model of the total transfer efficiency of the charge packet in the TDI-CCD image sensor is established.
