摘要
本系统为金刚石锯片烧结车间设计 ,该车间有 4台烧结炉 ,每台烧结炉各有 3块仪表控制 ,不能实现程序控制且炉内各点温度一致性需人工调节 ,误差非常大。设置参数时要进行大量的重复性操作 ,仪表的设置和调节非常繁琐且很不直观。针对这些问题 ,采用目前较先进的 DCS系统由 1台 Pentium工业级计算机通过 RS2 3 2 / 485信号转换器与仪表相连 ,监控软件采用 XF2 0 0 0组态软件进行数据的采集及对仪表的控制与管理 ,实现了计算机指挥生产过程 ,操作简便 ,节省成本 ,降低人为因素 。
The system is designed for the diamond blade sintering workshop which has four sintering furnaces.Originally each furnace is controlled by three controllers,which makes the realization of program controlling impossible.The error occurrence is high because artificial adjustment is required to keep the temperature in all parts of the furnace the same.Considerable repeated operation is needed to set up parameters,and the controller installation and adjustment are very complicated and indirect.To solve these problems,we adopt a rather advanced system in which a industrial computer is connected to the controller by RS232/485 signal changeover instrument.The supervising software adopts configuration software to collect data and to control and manage the controller,which has achieved the goal that the computer directs the production process.Easy to operate,it reduces cost and artificial labour and has a good economic and social effect.
