摘要
通过对典型的局部回转类曲面的数控加工工艺进行分析,提出新的节点计算方法。在此基础上利用宏子程序进行数控编程,采用行切法切削加工。该方法简便易行,且能保证零件的表面粗糙度和加工精度。
<Abstrcat>Through analyzing NC machining technology of typical rotary surface of parts.On the basis of putting forward a new method of calculating joint,programming NC code adopting macro processor and subprogram, machining surface of part by means of row cutting.This method is simple and easy,at the same time,guarantee surface roughness and machining precision of parts.
