摘要
基于并行工程的设计制造集成要求零件及其制造过程的设计同步进行,以求获得零件及其制造过程设计的整体优化。本文叙述的研究系统中,设计和制造过程之间的数据共享及通讯是通过数据库实现的;开发的特征造型模块是在UGII环境中工作的;零件制造性能评价和CAPP模块应用了智能体技术;CAPP和NC模块所需的输入数据也是从数据库中提取的。
<Abstrcat>The integration of CAD/CAPP/CAM requires the part design and its machining process design simultaneously, in order to obtain the design and machining optimum. In the system, presented in this paper, the data share and communication between part and its machining process design are through a special database (SDB); a developed feature modeling module is run on UGII environment and the part manufacturing evaluation and CAPP modules are based Agent technology. The input data of CAPP and NC programming modules are extracted from the same database(SDB).\;
