摘要
将单刃刀具流屑角模型及其预报拓展到圆弧刃刀具中 ,提出了圆弧刀具的流屑角模型。此模型将任意刀具形状剖分为单刃刀具和纯圆弧切削刃两种情况 ,预报结果与 Colwell法比较 ,表明这种方法具有较高的精度 ,可以满足切削过程中切削力预报和切屑控制的需要。
A general chip flow model of round tool is got from the chip flow angle of single point tool. The model divided the arbitrary tool shape into single-point and round cutting edge, the prediction results is compared with Colwell method and show the high precision when using this method, it can be introduced to the cutting forces prediction and chip control.
