摘要
针对硬质合金的生产特点及现状 ,分析了旨在获取利润企业的驱动力及追求的三个目标 ,独立推行 MRP 或 JIT的特点及局限性 ,结合本企业的生产实际提出了一种 MRP 推式 / JIT拉式结合的基于物流的生产组织方式 。
According to the production specialty and actuality ,this paper analyses drive force and three aims of enterprise which wins profit , characteristic and localization of MRPⅡor JIT only.The production plan model based on this enterprise fact is given ,which combines MRPⅡ with JIT ,and the implemental strategy of the planning system based on the model is discussed.
