国有企业员工激励机制探讨

DISCUSSION OF ENCOURAGING MECHANISM FOR STATE EMTERPRISE STAFF

在现有激励理论的基础上 ,针对目前我国国有企业在激励机制方面的现状 ,应用部分理论研究成果 ,结合工作实践 ,提出了激励机制设计方法 ,探讨了员工激励机制设计方案及运用中应注意的问题。

On thc basis of existing encouring theory and in accordance with the present situation in encouraging mechanism aspect of state enterprise of our country,design methods of encouraging mechanism are refered to by using part of theoretical research achievements and integrating working practice.Design plan of encouraging mechanism for staff and questions to be paid attention to during utilization are discussed.
