摘要
阐述了汽车用烧结铜合金－钢背双金属轴套（轴瓦）的技术要求，产品材料结构特点，制造工艺，主要性能及在东风系列重型汽车上应用的情况；分析了某些国产同类及金属轴套抗疲劳性能低的原因，并对其改进途径及烧结机理进行了探讨。
Specifications, material structure, manufacturing process, main proper-ties and application in D0ngfeng heavy - duty trucks of sintered copper alloy - steelbacking bimetal bushes were presented in the paper. The reason for the inferior fa-tigue strength of some home made bimetal bushes, improvement approach and sin-tering mechanism were discussed.
