摘要
大型铝型材整体壁板一般在大型挤压机上采用圆挤压筒进行挤压,为了提高圆挤压筒的强度,需要采用多层预紧组合式挤压筒,利用ANSYS有限元软件建立了两层套和三层套挤压筒的有限元模型,并利用接触单元法,将配合面拟合为接触面,对装配应力进行了比较分析,为多层套挤压筒设计提供了依据。
Whole wallboard of aluminium profi le is extruded usualloy with extrusion cylinder in large extuder.To increase the strength of extrusion cylinder,we use multi-shrinking extrusion cylinder.In this paper,the finite element for two-layer and three-layer extrusion cylind er are created with ANSYS FEA software.Furthermore,the assembly stresses of tw o models are compared by contact element method of taking the assembly surface as contact surface,and the design of extrusion cylinder can use the relating r esult.
