摘要
介绍了 RD2 - 3型高温蠕变实验机的主要技术参数及实验原理。从力的动力效应函数公式入手 ,对组成该函数的五个自变量进行了理论分析并给出了它们的取值范围。按照国际计量局推荐的对总不确定度合成的国际建议 ,对其 A、B两个分量误差进行了合成。简要介绍了用电量来测量非电量的方法 ,对其同轴度和力值的检测方法进行了新的研究和比较 ,提供了可靠的检测数据 ,从而旁证了误差理论分析的可信度和可行性。
It is introduced that main technical parameters and test principle of the RD2 - 3 type high temperature creep test machine, From the start of the force dynamical effect function formula and through analyzing the function five arguments, gave out them the values range. According to the undefined cotnbination suggestion recommended by the international calculation bureau, analyzed A and Bfraction deviation, and briefly introduced electric current measurement method. Through conducing new research and comparison to the same axis degree and force value inspection method, provided reliable measurement data toverify the reliability and possibility of the deviation analysls.
