摘要
采用膏剂法对3Cr2W8V钢制造的钢管压缝轧辊进行了稀土硼铝共渗的应用试验研究,考察了共 渗层的组织形态及相组成。结果表明,经稀土硼铝共渗的轧辊寿命提高2倍以上。
This paper is on the application to the rolls made of steel 3Cr2W8V using in steel tube pressing stitch that were permeated with rare earth, boron, aluminium by pasty. We also study the form and phase composition of the permeating layer. The result shows that the service life of the permeated rolls were raised 2 time s.
