摘要
数字信号处理器、微控制器已成为焊接电源的主要控制芯片,由于焊接电源本身就是干扰源以及外部干扰源的影响,使得基于计算机控制焊接电源的抗干扰设计的优劣成为焊接电源设计成功与否的重要因素之一。详细分析了影响焊接电源正常工作的干扰来源,提出了在设计焊接电源时防止干扰源的措施。通过在基于数字信号处理器控制焊接电源设计中的验证,这些设计措施能保证焊接电源免受干扰影响,使焊机正常可靠工作。
DSP a nd MCU have become the main control chip of power source.With the interference of that power source and the exterior interfere nce source,the design of anti-interfere of power source becomes one of importance factor of whether the desi gn is successful or not.The article particularly analyzes the interfere source affecting the operation of power source,and takes the measures that avoids the interfere source as designing the power source.With the testifying of power so urce based on DSP,these measures can protect the power source from the interfer e,and assure that the power source based on DSP can work credibility.
