马钢热轧H型钢产品质量的统计分析

Statistical Analysis of the Product Quality of Hot Rolling H-Beam Produced by Ma-steel

统计并分析了马钢股份公司 1998年 9月至 1999年 9月热轧H型钢试生产期间的有关数据 ,结果表明 ,马钢产Q2 35B和Q345B热轧H型钢在化学成分、机构性能、外形尺寸和表面质量等方面都表现优异 ,完全满足或优于相关国家标准的要求。虽然高强韧性和特殊用途H型钢产品的数量一直在增长 ,但H型钢的生产和应用目前仍以Q345B和Q2 35B为主要的品种 ,对于H型钢产品的开发、生产。

Data on hot rolling H beam produced by Ma steel from 9/1998 to 9/1999 are analyzed.The statistical result shows that the quality of grade Q235B and Q345B H beam is excellent,composition,mechanioai properties,size tolerance and surface quality meet the requirement of national standard very well.Now main products of hot rolling H beam are grade Q235B and Q345B although the products of high tenacity are increasing.So this paper is worth reference while developing,producing,selling and applying hot rolling H beam.
