双螺杆连续混炼机混炼理论研究

摘要 运用流体动压润滑的基本方程揭示了双螺杆连续混炼机中树脂的速度分布和压力分布规律 ;给出了树脂所受剪应力和剪切速率的计算公式 ,确定了最大剪应力的作用位置 ;指出最大剪应力可以表示混炼机的混炼程度 ,并分析了混炼强度的影响因素和影响规律 ; By means of the basic equation of hydrodynamic lubrication, the speed distribution and the pressure distribution of resin in twin-screw continuous mixer are determined. The formulations of the shear stresses and shear rate are given. The position on which the maximum shear stress acts is determined. The paper points out that the maximum shear stress can represent the mixing level of mixer. And the influencing factors and their influences on mixing level are analyzed. The researches are useful for process of domestically producing the twin screw continuous mixing and pilling set.
