摘要 本文采用几种不同激光工艺参数对 9SiCr矫直辊的表面进行了强化处理 ,并通过在盘销式摩擦试验机进行的磨损试验 ,研究了强化处理后的矫直辊与 2 0MnSiV热轧钢筋磨损量与滑动距离及激光工艺参数之间关系。 In this thesis, different parameters of CO 2 laser beam were used to treat surface of 9SiCr straightening roller, and relations of lost weights of 9SiCr disk and 20MnSiV pin with laser parameters and slide distance are studied through wear experiments on pin on disk tester The change of lost weights are also studied under dry friction and lubrication condition, and wear reasons of two friction states are analysed through scanning electron microscope of wear surfaces
