摘要
烧结杯试验表明 ,在宣钢拟定的原料条件下 ,将印度粉配比提高到 45 % ,烧结矿品位可提高 0 61个百分点 ,利用系数有所降低 ;配 45 %巴西粉时 ,各项指标都很好 ,但应适当提高混合料中的MgO含量 ;印度粉和巴西粉搭配使用时制粒效果最理想。但进口矿配比提高后 ,烧结矿低温还原粉化指标变差 ,对此提出了相应的处理措施。
Under the material condition preselected,the sintering pot test with proportioning of Indian fine ore and Brazilan fine ore was conducted in XUANGANG The result shows that the sinter grade was incrcased by 0 61 and the productivity was decreased slightly with the Indian ore proprortion in mixture was in creased to 45%,whereas replaced by 45% Brazilan ore,all indices of sinter was perfect But the RDI index was worsen with proportioning of the import ores And so,some measures to prevent sinter reduction disintegration at low temperature were proposed
