摘要 通过改进热矿振动筛的筛板结构 ,选择合适的筛板成分及改进铸造工艺 ,有效地提高了筛板的结构强度、刚性和铸造精度 ,改善了它的耐磨、耐热和抗急冷、急热性能 ,并消除了筛板的铸造缺陷。 Based on improving the structure and chemical composition of screen plate of hot vibro screen and its cast process, the new type of screen plates that possess the satisfactory wear/heat resisting propertices were developed These screen plates have been used in PANGANG sintering plant for years, the practice shows their lifetimes can be extended to above six months or eight months and the good benifit can be obtained
