摘要
简要介绍了济钢第一烧结厂关于对布料圆辊所作的技术创新。针对烧结机布料圆辊的使用寿命短 ,严重制约着烧结生产的情况 ,采用新结构、新工艺、新材料 ,对其表面进行强化处理 ,不仅使其使用寿命得到了大幅度的提高 ,而且作业率亦有较大的上升。
The modification on roller feeder conducted by JIGANG №1 sintering plant was presented in this paper Pointed at the problem of shorter service life time,the surface of roller feeder was strengthening treated by using new structure, new process and new material As a result,not only its life time was largely extended, but also the working rate was increased
