This paper discusses the detection of abnormalities occurring frequently during operation of SRM (automated storage/retrieval machine),as well as the analysis and handling procedures of these problems.With the conception of abnormality classification,a detailed description is given of how to handle the abnormalities intelligently and recover from the abnormal states by the SRM itself.Also,the programming structure for dealing with this kind of problem is introduced.
