摘要
鳞状细胞癌是口腔中最常见的恶性肿瘤,约占80％以上,本组资料系对我科1954年～1990年4月间收治1751例口腔粘膜鳞癌的原发部位、性别、年龄、罹患侧别的构成比及其逐年变化情况作一初步统计分析。
Squamous cell carcinoma is the most commonly seen cancer in the oral cavity. From1954 to April of 1990,1751 cases were operated at the Nineth People's Hospital, Shanghai,and were analysed in this paper. Percentage of tongue cancer among the totalcases was 31.47%(551/1751) with an increasing tendency by the decades. Gingivalcancer ranked the second with 443 cases (25.30%), then the cheek cancer(20. 85%),the palate cancer(10. 74%),the lip cancer (6. 74%) and the mouth floor cancer (5. 03%).The average ratio of male and female was 1. 84:1, however, it was 2. 82:1 in tho 6thdecade and dropped down to 1 .39:1 in 1986 to 1990. 58% of the cases aged 40-59; thoseabove 60 markedly increased (29.68%) since 1980. The results had been compared anddiscussed with related published data.
