时代要求图书馆员和用户必须具备一定的资讯素养。图书馆员加强资讯素养须从资讯意识、资讯道德、资讯能力等方面着手。而用户的资讯素养则包括资讯获取能力、资讯识别能力和资讯技术应用能力 ,它们可以在合作过程中相互促进 ,共同进步。

In the E-times,librarians and users should have some information literacy.To improve librarians' information literacy,it should begin with the information sense,information morality and the ability.Users' information literacy contains the ability to get,to identify and to use information.They may help each other and make progress together during the cooperation.
