摘要
提出和论述了图书馆哲学的四个定律 :( 1)图书馆是人类知识的公共记忆装置 ;( 2 )图书馆是提供客观知识服务的公共场所 ;( 3)图书馆是组织客观知识的社会组织 ;( 4 )图书馆是体现人类自由与平等理想的圣地。
Four laws in library philosophy are mentioned and expounded--1.A library is a public memorial mechanism of human knowledge.2.A library is a public place to provide the service of objective knowledge.3.A library is a social organization to organize objective knowledge.4.A library is a sanctum to embody human freedom and equality.
