摘要论述了服务性是图书馆的本质属性 ,体现了它的存在价值。服务性的强化是图书馆发展的必然。强调了在现代信息技术条件下服务性不仅不能削弱而应更加凸显。简要论述了服务性与学术性的关系。 This paper I concentrating both the essence of library service, and its value in library practice. It is natural for it to enforce the service in library operation and development, especially under the background of current information technology. And then the author illustrates the relationship between the service and the research in library working.
