发展乡镇图书馆,拒绝潮起又潮落

Developing Village and Township Libraries,Refusing Morning and Evening Tides

本文从乡镇区划调整谈起 ,分析历史上乡镇区划调整对乡镇图书馆造成的伤害 ,结合对近几年来进行过行政区划调整的浙江省金华市所辖范围内婺城区、金东区、永康市三个县级行政区域内的乡镇图书馆调查材料的分析 ,在机遇和挑战面前 ,指出现行办馆模式存在的一些问题 ,提出巩固和发展乡镇图书馆的策略。

This article begins with discussing the adjusting of township divisions, analyses the hurts to village and township libraries which were caused by the adjusting of village and township divisions in history, then combines with the analysis of village and township libraries investigation materials from these administrative divisions in Jinhua city, Zhejiang province, such as Jinhua Wuchen, Jingdong and Yongkang which have carried on administrative division adjusting, before opportunities and challenges, the author points out some problems existing in present library model, puts forward tactics to strengthen and develop village and township libraries.
