黔东北苗族传统体育“花鼓舞”价值的探析

Disscussion of Northeastern Guizhou Miao Traditional Sports,"Flower Drum" Value

通过对黔东北苗族传统体育"花鼓舞"的起源与发展、社会特性和功能价值及活动特点的研究,发现其是一项对场地、器材条件要求较低,具有高度的民族性、欢娱性、健身性、表演性和广泛的适应性的民族传统体育项目。在其发展的历程中,"花鼓舞"体现出了延续苗家文化,促进苗族人民身心健康发展的价值。现提出将其作为大众性体育活动项目纳入社会体育和作为课程资源引入高校体育教学,丰富高校体育教学资源、传承苗族文化。因此,黔东北苗族传统体育"花鼓舞"具有促进社会体育和学校体育以及促进我区旅游业和经济快速发展的重要现实意义。

Traditional sports in northeastern of Guizhou,"Flower Drum" the origin and development,social values and activities,features and functionality characteristics of the study found that one pair of space,equipment conditions require,which have a high degree of ethnic,Huan entertainment,fitness,performance and adaptability to a wide range of national traditional sport.In the course of its development,"Flower Drum" reflect the continuation of the Miao culture,and promote the development of the Miao people,the value of physical and mental health.Are proposed as public events to project into the community as a curriculum resource to introduce sports and Physical Education,PE-rich teaching resources,Miao cultural heritage.Therefore,in northeastern Guizhou Miao traditional sports,"Flower Drum" with the promotion of social sports and school sports and the promotion of tourism in our region and rapid economic development of important practical significance.
