紫秋刺葡萄离体繁殖研究

Research on the Vitro Propagation of Purpl-Fall Spurs Grape

以紫秋刺葡萄单芽茎段为试材,研究消毒剂类型及时间、激素组合、培养基类型等对紫秋刺葡萄离体繁殖的影响。结果表明:在半无菌处理的前提下,以0.1%的升汞处理3分钟消毒效果最佳;最合适的芽诱导培养基是1/2MS+BA1.5mg/l+IBA0.1mg/l,芽增殖培养基是MS+BA1.0mg/l+IBA0.5mg/l,生根培养基是1/2MS+NAA0.5mg/l。

As the test material,the single-bud stem section of purpl-fall spurs grape is used to study the effect on the disinfectant type,time,hormone combinations,media type,etc.to the vitro propagation of purpl-fall spurs grape.The results show that the best effect is on the contion of the premise of half-sterile and 0.1% mercuric chloride for 3 min disinfection;the most suitable bud induction medium was 1/2MS + BA1.5mg/l + IBA0.1mg/l,multiplication medium was MS + BA1.0mg/l + IBA0.5mg/l,rooting medium is 1/2MS + NAA0.5mg/l.
