本文通过问卷调查,对统计职业岗位的现状进行了深入分析,结合统计职业岗位的需求,对不同岗位所需专业能力进行了分析和界定,同时,对统计职业岗位所需职业素养也进行了概括,在此基础上,对统计职业岗位所需人才的培养模式提出了一些看法和建议。

This paper surveys the status of professional positions on the statistics conducted in-depth analysis of the demand for professional positions with statistics on professional competence required for different positions are analyzed and defined;the same time,statistical professional positions have also been required to professionalism summary,in this based on the occupational status of statistical training mode required for some of the views and suggestions put forward.
